1. Delivery Areas

• Same-Day Delivery is available in select serviceable areas.

• For locations outside our coverage, delivery times may vary depending on courier partners.

• Customers will be informed about delivery availability at the time of checkout.

2. Delivery Time

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day (in eligible areas).

• Standard Delivery: Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

• Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value (as per ongoing offers).

• Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

• Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS/Email notification with tracking details.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information (address, phone number, PIN code) to avoid delays.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2 times.

• If the order is undeliverable due to wrong address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO).

6. International Shipping

• Currently, Ikon Shopping delivers only within India.

• International shipping will be introduced in the future.
